A Quiet Corner
Where Coffee Becomes Ritual

Mazamas Coffee Co. was born from a simple conviction: that the best moments of your day deserve more than a hurried grab. Nestled on Salt Lick Road in St. Peters, we created a space where every cup is pulled with care and every pastry is baked with intention.

Our beans are sourced from small-lot farms known for exceptional growing practices, and we roast in modest batches so every origin speaks clearly — from the bright, floral notes of a Ethiopian pour-over to the deep, chocolate-rich body of our house espresso blend.

Behind the counter, you'll find pastries made fresh each morning using time-honored techniques: laminated doughs folded by hand, sourdough starters nurtured daily, and fruit fillings prepared from locally sourced produce when the season allows.
